Realty firm begins sales at Pine Trails
ORMOND BEACH -- Local developer Babcock-Green Development has inked
a deal with Claire Hunter Realty Inc., 223 Seabreeze Blvd., Daytona Beach,
to market Phase III of the Pine Trails subdivision on Airport Road.
Babcock-Green bought the third phase of the subdivision, which has 13 lots,
from Viscomi & Associates of Ormond Beach.
Single-family houses in the subdivision, which is between Pine Trails
Elementary School and Ormond Beach Municipal Airport, start at $169,900,
Hunter said. Features of the houses include three bedrooms, two baths,
fireplaces, formal living and dining rooms, custom archways, a screened
lanai and a kitchen with a breakfast bar.
Green & Cabral Construction, builder for the project, has already begun
on one of the larger houses, priced at $186,500.
